Contracts
We offer flexible commercial service contracts, sometimes referred to as Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), to carry out routine maintenance on a regular basis to your equipment.
Our two contract types are:
Type A Service Contract
This contract includes routine preventative maintenance on all equipment covered, usually carried out once or twice a year. The servicing of the equipment will be carried out in accordance with Eastleigh Services' service checklists, copies of which will be provided for your records, along with Gas Safety Certificates for all Natural Gas or LPG appliances covered. This contract does not include breakdown cover or spare parts, however breakdown calls will be priced at a discounted rate and given a priority response time.
Type B Service Contract
Our Type B+ contract includes everything mentioned above, plus cover for a set number of breakdown callouts (B+ visits). For example, a small coffee shop may need a B+4 contract, where labour for up to 4 equipment breakdowns is included; while a large commercial kitchen may require a B+50 contract, where labour for up to 50 repairs is included. This contract does not cover parts, which would be quoted for before fitting.
