Government guidance permits tradespeople working in peoples homes or essential businesses to continue to operate for repair work. 

Showroom & Workshop

Our showroom and workshops are now open with distancing measures implemented and screens around our service area. We have implemented a 'one customer at a time' policy and all customers must wear a face covering when entering the premises as required under current government guidance. Any staff in our showroom will also be wearing a face mask. Hand sanitiser is available to all customers on entry to our showroom area.

Engineers Service & Breakdown Calls

We are still carrying our engineers service and breakdown calls in both homes and commercial premises. These are all carried out in accordance with the following:-

• Our service engineers will not call to premises where anyone is self-isolating with COVID-19 symptoms.
• Our service engineers have been told to go home and self-isolate in the event they begin to exhibit any symptoms of COVID-19.
• Our service engineers are authorised to leave a premises immediately if they suspect anyone at the premises is ill.
• Our service engineers will expect a 2 metre social distance at all times. They are authorised to leave a premises where persons at the premises do not honour the distancing rule.
• Our service engineers have been provided with hand sanitisers and disposable gloves. They will wear disposable gloves on entry to any premises and gloves will be disposed of on leaving a property.
• All service engineers have been supplied with face masks. Current government advice does not require the wearing of masks however our engineers may wear one if requested by customers.

Safety of course remains our highest priority. We are ensuring that cleaning and hygiene protocols for all service engineers and in our offices are even more rigorous than usual.
