  • Current Guidance

    Government guidance, as of 24th March permits tradespeople working in peoples homes or essential businesses to continue to operate for repair work. 

    Safety of course remains our highest priority. To make sure our customers, office staff, field engineers and suppliers stay safe, both within our offices and out on the road we are now running a reduced workforce and ensuring that cleaning and hygiene protocols are even more rigorous than usual.

    Current operational procedures

    In accordance with government guidelines we are operating strictly in line with the following policy:-

    • We are prioritising calls from hospitals, nursing homes, etc where repairs are essential to their operation in caring for vulnerable patients and/or residents.
    • Our service engineers will not call to premises where anyone is self-isolating.
    • Our service engineers have been told to go home and self-isolate in the event they begin to exibit any symptoms of COVID-19.
    • Our service engineers are authorised to leave a premises immediately if they suspect anyone at the premises is ill.
    • Our service engineers will expect a 2 metre social distance at all times. They are authorised to leave a premises where persons at the premises do not honour the distancing rule.
    • Our service engineers have been provided with hand sanitisers and disposable gloves. They will wear disposable gloves on entry to any premises and gloves will be disposed of on leaving a property.
    • All service engineers have been supplied with face masks.
